U.S. Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $7.99 for merchandise subtotals from $0.00 to $99.99 after discounts.
- Free Standard Shipping: merchandise subtotals of $100.00 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.
- Express Shipping: $15.00 when available at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Processing and carrier transit times are separate. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

14-Day Returns for Store Credit
Eligible returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Returns require prior authorization and must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor-free, free of marks and pet hair, and returned with original tags attached.
Approved returns are issued as an electronic gift card or store credit after inspection. For fit, preference, or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for trackable return shipping. Original and Express Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items, Final Sale items, gift cards, and items specifically marked non-returnable for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
